I used their online shop vacsrus to order and pay for some vacuum parts. Their eBay shop is ""Vac Shop North."" Two weeks after placing and paying for my order and shipping, I'd received nothing. So I emailed and called their customer service number (leaving a voicemail). I received no response. I called repeatedly over the next few days and finally received a response via email in which they said they had cancelled my order because of my ""attitude."" I still have to check with Visa to determine whether I will get my money refunded. They never called me back and never indicated at any time whether the shipment was backordered, delayed, en route. Nothing. My ""attitude"" after waiting two weeks for an order that apparently was never shipped and never receiving any communication about the order, was the problem. I think not. Note feedback for vac_shop with similar complaint.
