Called them regarding my broken washing machine 10/14/2013

Called them regarding my broken washing machine....the repairman was standing on my doorstep 90 minutes later. Within the next hour, he diagnosed the problem, ran to the supply store to pick up the part he needed, and ultimately had the machine in full running order!! more

Hands down the best appliance service 9/26/2013

We were given a window of 12 - 2 on Monday for the service appointment. Tony showed up exactly at noon, opened our fridge & knew exactly what the problem was in less than a minute. Not only did he have the fridge working again in about 15 minutes, but he also fixed our ice maker & replaced a broken part on our dishwasher. Hands down the best appliance service experience I've ever had & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend & use them again. more

I have now had two excellent outcomes with them. As part of a kitchen remodel, we have new appliances, including a stove hood and fridge both from Jenn-Air. Both of these new appliances developed problems within weeks of installation. Steve diagnosed and corrected both problems, neither of which was obvious. more

My Viking refrigerator stopped cooling... 5/27/2013

My Viking refrigerator stopped cooling. They answered my call fairly quickly and went out of the way to make sure someone came over the same day. My technician, Jim, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the necessary part to complete the repair immediately. Terrific service, very professional. more

My experience with these guys was top notch. The lady on the phone was professional and friendly, and the guy that came out (Otto) was exactly the same. He was able to fix my oven in no time (dying ignitor) and rather than tempt me with a risky fix to my washer, instead gave me a very honest diagnosis that I was better off getting a new one and proceeded to show me why. Throughout the time he was there he remained friendly, enthusiastic, and explanatory. more

On time, fast, fair price 2/6/2013

On time, fast, fair price, the guy knew what he was doing. 20 minutes to take apart a washing machine, replace a cheap part deep inside, put it back together, and test it out. more

Nothing good there 3/10/2011

They are way too expensive! A few days ago a tech came out to my property that i rent out to fix a washer that didnt drain anymore. He told me that the drain pump went out and I needed a new one. I decided to wait on the repair becuase it was going to be over $400 to fix it. When the tech left i opened up the washing machine myself and saw that there was something black inside the pump. I took it appart and pulled out a sock from it. Now washer is working fine. more

Way too expensive 12/3/2010

I called them to do a repair on my dryer, it was making noise. The tech came out and told me that the rollers and the belt had to be changed out. I know the parts cant be that much, but he tried to charge me almost $150 in parts and $150 in labor. I paid the service call fee and told the tech i would think about it. I called another place that i found on yellowpages.com and the tech did the repair with parts, tax and labor for 198 dollars. more

Arrived on time 6/30/2010

Arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. The only challenge was that the cost to repair was enough to warrant a new machine. My repair guy was cool. more
