I'm very appreciative and grateful for Alanda and Tom for their efforts to secure our cooktop. It took awhile but since GE no longer produce the part, they researched until one was located via the website. Thank you more

The technician was very helpful in showing me exactly what the problem was, and had it fixed with no other problems. This company was great, the Customer service was good when I called the people on the phone were very nice and helpful, As well as the tech's they came to my house worked on the appliance and had good customer service, He knew what he was doing. When he had to come back to install a part they called me back when it was ready and scheduled me an app the next day. Plus they have a five year warranty on their parts as well as 30 day warranty on their labor. I recommend them to all my Friends and Family.? more
