Complete and Quality work 3/26/2009

While at work my washer hose burst. Talk about a nightmare - I had standing water in every room. I called Orange Coast plumbing at about 5pm, the dispatcher told me how to turn the water off to my house to stop the water and had a plumber out to me by 6. The plumber called a company that came out to take care of all my wet carpeting and getting the water removed and then fixed my washer hose for me. Pros: This company provides total coverage more

CLEAN PLUMBERS 3/26/2009

Recently my little boy used way too much toilet paper and the mess that resulted was a nightmare. I called Orange Coast plumbing and they got right out to take care of the problem - they even took care of cleaning up the bathroom floor. When I thanked Joe for taking care of the mess for me, he was very nice and told me ""no problem"" It may not have been a big deal to him, but believe me, I am really glad that I did not have to clean up the mess. FRIENDLY PLUMBERS 3/24/2009

I was really impressed with Diego the plumber that was sent out to me. He took time to explain everything to me, did not leave any messes for me to clean up and fixed my leaking kitchen sink quickly. I was very impressed by how friendly he was. I will be using him again. If you are looking for a proffessional company with friendly plumbers then give Orange Coast plumbing a call. clean quality service 3/20/2009

I cannot say enough positive things about Chris B. the technician that came out to my house. He arrived quickly and took care of my problem ( I had a toilet that ran constantly). I was very impressed with how neat and clean he was - he left the area that he worked on clean and neat - he even wiped off the top of the toilet tank cover. I was also very impressed that he took the extra time to educate me and explain what he had done. I will deifinitely be recommending Orange Coast plumbing and especially Chris B to my family and friends Pros: reliable, clean, knowledgable and polite more

Very misleading 2/17/2009

I called Orange Coast Plumbing to fix my heater. When I called, I was trying to get an idea of how much it would cost to have them repair the heater. All they would say was that there was a $37.50 service call fee that could be applied to the cost of the services. They wouldn't give me a quote for labor but inferred the cost would be around $37.50. I was shocked when they got here and all of a sudden it cost $200 to fix the heater. I would never use this company again. Pros: They showed up Cons: They overcharge and won't tell you the cost up front more

bad experience 10/1/2008

I recently had the opportunity to use Orange Coast plumbing in Santa Ana, for some fairly minor plumbing repairs in my home. My request was that three faucets (which I had already purchased) would be installed in my two bathrooms & one kitchen. My thought for the cost of a job this size was around $300.00, a fair price for labor and parts. Imagine my surprise when the estimate from the plummer came in at almost $1,300.00!!!!! and from here it only gets better....The plummer now tells me that I should also have my drains replaced... and that would only be a mere $495.00 more, for a grand total of $1795.00!!!!. I am a 78 retired senior and believe I was a victiam of overkill. Needless to say I sent the plummer packing. more

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER! Go with anyone but these guys. Not only are they very Rude but they are so unprofessional and disorganized. I cant believe a company that has been around so long made it in the business this long. I was lied to and taken advantage of. Stay clear of them! more

Wonderful service and fair prices. 7/22/2008

I completely disagree with the above review. My husband's company uses this company all the time, and finds them reliable, fair, and honest. We have also used them multiple times at our home in Tustin, and all experiences have been identical. They are our go to plumbers, and are excellent in my opinion. I mentioned the above review to them and suggested they attempt to correct it. The Santa Ana office is the one we use. Pros: Reliable, fair, creative problem solvers more

Very unhappy with the service 6/4/2007

After visiting a website, I got a call from Orange Coast Plumbing and arranged for a plumber to come and fix a leaky faucet that I was unable to fix. He arrived on time, but things went downhill from there. He didn't appear to know much than I do about plumbing. He didn't recognize the type of fixture. (New withing the last few years.) He left to find a suitable washer. After going a number of places including Ace Hardware were I have already been. He informed my he couldn't find a proper washer and couldn't fix the leak. He suggested I drive to a plumbing supply 15 miles away in Garden Grove and charged me $ 150. What would you do if this happened to you. I will never do business with Orange Coast Plumbing and recommend that anyone else do the same more
