I called Orange Coast Plumbing to fix my heater. When I called, I was trying to get an idea of how much it would cost to have them repair the heater. All they would say was that there was a $37.50 service call fee that could be applied to the cost of the services. They wouldn't give me a quote for labor but inferred the cost would be around $37.50. I was shocked when they got here and all of a sudden it cost $200 to fix the heater. I would never use this company again.
