First of all, I am from the old school. We never had these sites to sit and cry over spilled milk. Everyone is human, and everyone is entitled to make a mistake. With that in thought, it is my opinion that some of these reviews should be revised or just deleted. I would bet my last dollar, that is those people would just tough it out, and call Orange Coast Plumbing with what is bothering them, there would be a good change things would work out fine. I have been using Orange Coast Plumbing for almost 30 years. Both at my restaurant, as well as my home. Yes, there have been times that I felt something should have been completed differently, and even went as far as hiring another company. What a fool I was. I am back to using Orange Coast Plumbing and the way I feel is; They do not tell me how to cook, and I do not avised them how to correct my plumbing issues. We get along Great :) more

Great all around service 6/15/2011

Have used for large and small jobs. Always great servies. this last and recent visit was no exception. The young man took his time and went out of his way to do the job right. I have experience doing plumbing work (can't anymore) and appreciate the skill and materials used. more

Quick Emergency Plumbing 9/23/2010

I woke up and water was dripping thru my ceiling. What a disaster. Even though it was Sunday - I called and a technician called me back in less than 10 minutes and came out in less than a hour. He was able to fix my problem at what I considered to be a fair price since it was Sunday. He was very polite, explained all of my options and did not make a mess. I have recomended this company and will continue to call them more

Professional AC installation 6/24/2010

When my air condtioning suddenly went out last weekend, i called and i was really suprised that not only was I able to get someone to come out, but Jeff was able to replace the condensor right away. I was really amazed at the fast effecient service that i received Pros: Quick installation more

STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THE OWNERS JUST WANT TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK AT YOUR EXPENSE. THERE ARE MANY MANY MORE REPUTABLE PLUMBING CONTRACTORS OUT THERE TO USE . DO NOT USE ORANGE COAST PLUMBING. Upfront honest plumber 3/9/2010

I had a leak coming thru my ceiling and called to get help - the plumber told me what needed to be done and we signed the contract and he was able to get everything taken care of the same day. Pros: Everything more

Plugged Bathtub Drain 2/3/2010

Had a plugged bathtub drain. Plumber came out and snaked it and got it draining but it was very slow. Said that he would not guarantee it because something was solid in the line????? Yet it said that he broke up whatever was in the drain. Two days later, same thing. Bathtub stopped draining. Called another service they came out... Snaked it again and it is working better than ever. Called Orange Coast telling them about the problem and asking for at least a partial refund since obviously there is nothing solid in the line. They said that they would get back to us. Never heard from them again. Won't be recommending this company. Superior Plumbing gets my vote glenda in Santa Ana more

Joey Is Great Plumber 6/24/2009

I cannot sy enough positive things about Joey who works for Orange Coast Plumbing. He came to my house to fix a shower valve. He was very polite, very friendly and took time and explained to me what eeded to be done. He fixed the problem right the first time and was very careful inside my house. I have expensive light blue carpet and when I asked that he be careful, he told me that he had booties that he could wear to protect my carpet. i was impressed. After he finished the job, someone from the office called to make sure that everything had been taken care of - talk about Great customer service - Most companies do not take the time to do that anymore. I will recommend this vcompany and Joey in particular as a great company to use. Pros: Clean Plumbers & Great Customer Service more

I had a water softener line break in my garage and it was flooding everywhere. The lady that I talked to on the phone told me how to turn off my water to stop the flooding and Larry came out and fixed the problem for me Pros: very nice plumbers more

polite efficient clean and friendly plumbers 5/19/2009

I had Toby come out to take care of some repairs in bathroom. I was really suprised at how clean and efficient that he was. There were a lot of things that needed to be done so he did part of the work and then came back the next day to finish the job. On the second day he brought Diego with him so that they could get everything taken care of for me. Diego was also very friendly.They explained everything to me and also cleaned up. I am very impressed with them and i will be calliing them the next time that i need a plumber Pros: great plumbing services more

Wonderful Service 4/30/2009

I needed a new faucet for my bathtub, but I really had no idea what would work out best for me. I called and the lady to answered the phone told me that she could send someone over to me to see what I had and that he would be able to show me different options of what I could do. Jeff came out to my house and after looking at what I had and listening to me, showed me several kinds of faucets that I could chose from. I chose the faucet that I wanted and he was able to get it from the supply house and install it that day. He was very helpful to me and patient as well. What really impressed me was that my bathroom was cleaner after he left than it had been before he arrived. I will tell everyone I know about the wonderful service that he gave me. After he left, someone from the office called doing a routine customer service call - That kind of shocked me. I will be using this company again Pros: Explains everything -quick response time Cons: None that I can see more

To be truthful the only reason that I called this company is because I kept having my mainline back up about every 6 month and I did not think that the current company that I had been using was doing a good job. . Pros: Proactive problem solvers more

Fast Response Time 4/8/2009

My heater went out suddenly. I called and this company sent out a really nice guy named Randy to help me out. He got to my house about 1 hour after I called. It was just a simple problem with the controller on my heater. I felt kind of foolish because I had just forgotten how to use it - he told me not to worry that if I needed help again just to call the office and he would call me back and remind me how to use it if I needed him to do. Good Service - Honest Plumbers 4/1/2009

I had misc plumbing wortk that needed to be done. I called Orange Coast Plumbing. Dana and Kevin came out and took a look at everything. They gave me an estimate and for a faucet they told me that I had 2 different options. That they could rebuild the faucet or that I could replace it. They explained to me the pros and cons of both. Another company that I had called out said that replacement was my only option. AC EXPERTS 3/26/2009

I own a commercial bakery and sometimes when my air conditioner was on it would trip my electrical breaker. 2 other companies had been out and fiddled with my circuit board, but the problem kkept happening. R.J. came out and told me that the problem was not with my air conditioner but that the circuit breaker itself was not big enough - He installed a breaker that could handle more amps and that fixed the problem.
