I needed a new faucet for my bathtub, but I really had no idea what would work out best for me. I called and the lady to answered the phone told me that she could send someone over to me to see what I had and that he would be able to show me different options of what I could do. Jeff came out to my house and after looking at what I had and listening to me, showed me several kinds of faucets that I could chose from. I chose the faucet that I wanted and he was able to get it from the supply house and install it that day. He was very helpful to me and patient as well. What really impressed me was that my bathroom was cleaner after he left than it had been before he arrived. I will tell everyone I know about the wonderful service that he gave me. After he left, someone from the office called doing a routine customer service call - That kind of shocked me. I will be using this company again
