Orange Cab Seattle

**DO NOT USE THIS CAB COMPANY**\r \r DEPLORABLE and DISCRIMINATING DRIVERS\r AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE\r \r Deplorable driver yelled at a Deaf passenger when she gestured that she was Deaf and for not being able to understand his thick accent. Furthermore he would not let her pay with her credit card. Because she was not allowed to use a credit card and because she flagged down the cab there are NO RECORDS of her ride.\r \r If you ever forget anything in a cab belonging to this company FORGET about getting it back. Their lost and return department does not answer their phone 98% of the time when they claim to be open and DOES NOT RETURN CALLS. Also, their complaints department has not answered their phone once and I have called over 15 times during the course of the day. To make it worse they have no voice-mail system setup on their complaints line so you can not even left a message to voice your concerns/complaints. They accept no liability for their drivers and have left me with a VERY BAD experience. more

I have multiple sclerosis and caught the Orange Cab waiting near the ferry terminal. When I told the driver where I needed to go (which was about three or four blocks) he spent the entire trip berating me for only needing to go that far! I have mobility problems from the MS and I don't need that kind of attitude from a cab driver! I will never use them again! more

When my Mom has her doctors appointments we use Orange Cab. The drivers are on time, they are polite and take us to our destination in a timely manner. more

I have used Orange Cab Co. before I got the number for Yellow Cab, and it was the worst service I've ever had. Half the time I called they did not send a taxi, or when they did I would be passed by multiple vacant cabs before the one ordered for me would finally arrive. The operators are jerks and are just trying to get their money and go home and the drivers charge way too much, trying to trick you out of your money. For instance, if you do not specify which route to take, they will take the longest one, taking in the most money. One time, my fiance was in one of their cabs and even though he gave the driver perfect directions, the driver whizzed past our apartment and then charged my fiance an extra dollar for the block he went too far. Horrible, horrible, horrible service -- would only recommend to my worst enemies. Pros: There's other cab companies to call. Cons: Everything. more

Not recommended by any means. Not once but twice now they have not shown up to pick me up after arrangements were made in advance. When I tried calling to find out where my car was their phone line was busy. Very unprofessional. Cons: did not show up twice for pick up appointments more

yesterday, I picked up an orange cab from down town seattle to go to bellevue community center, even though I gave him a wrong address he managed to get me to where I wanna go. And he waited to make sure I was on a right place. From now on I am gonna call orange cab for my transportation needs and you should too. more
