I took an $89 Polo dress, button down, mini- checkered shirt to this cleaner in January 2012. It was in mint condition when I took it there. Polo does not make this shirt in this color anymore. If I told you it was brand new you would believe it to look at it!...at least before this cleaner ruined it! When I arrived to pick it up they returned it to me with stains on the front in three places; I did not put them there. I take very good care of and I am maticulous with my clothes thus the Polo was taken there to have a professional job instead cleaning at home although Polo says it can be cleaned at home in one's washing machine on the garment's cleaning instructions label. more

Went by the review and will never go back. I took 25 pieces to cleaners and all my shirts and sweaters were stretched and my pants had just been re ironed. My slacks still had the creases in front from wearing them. I am SO disappointed and and mad. I do not reccomend this cleaner to anyone who just wants to waste their money. Heck you can re iron your clothes and not have to pay someone else to. There are mostly young kidds that are at the counter and when I asked questions they had no idea what I was talking about. more

I have tried many different dry cleaners, but none could compare to OnSite Cleaners - they don't rip you off, and you still get great quality. They offer same day service (in by 9 am out by 3-5 pm), otherwise ready by 3-5 on the next business day. If there are any problems with my clothes (which happens rarely), I can leave the item to be redone at no cost, and if it just requires a touch up on the press then they will usually be able to fix it while I wait. They are open from 7-7 on weekdays and 8-5 on Saturday (closed on Sundays). The employees tend to be very fast with both taking orders and getting the pick-ups, I'm never in there for more than 5 minutes (I usually drop off about 50 pieces or more at a time), as long as I beat the 5-5:30 rush. The employees are also very knowledgeable about dry cleaning and can easily pick the best and safest way to clean each of your garments. If your clothes are already clean, they can just press them for a cheaper price. They offer a laundering service, typically for business shirts and jeans or khakis, in which you have to option for starch (none, light, medium, and heavy). I once saw a customer come back asking if he had left his billfold in his clothes, and low and behold, an employee had already put it in an envelope with the customers name on it. They can safely clean pretty much anything you need, including comforters, quilts, sheets, mattress pads, wedding dresses (they can also box wedding dresses in a specialized box that will keep the dress looking perfect forever), formals, leather, and some purses, rugs, and mats can be cleaned as well. This is a family owned business that has been alive for 6 years, the managers, who are brothers, are very personable and will treat you with a great deal of respect. Not only do they clean and press your clothes, they also offer professional alteration services. Remember, everything is done On-Site to minimize the chance of loosing your clothes. They have a drive through too!! Pros: Music, Service, Cost, Speed, Everything!! Cons: Might have to wait 10 minutes if you catch the 5:00 rush... more
