I don't work with a trainer because I want to lose weight. I work out with a trainer because I want help in developing muscle and toning my body. As I continue to train, I feel so much bettter about the way I look and feel. I have muscle where I didn't even realize muscles existed! I will never look like a bodybuilder, nor do I want to, however, I will be as physically fit as possible. With two small children, I need to stay in the best shape possible and my trainer, Debbie, has helped me do just that! Thank you Debbie and One-2-One Fitness!
