One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning-Olympia

Hello, Your company is awesome and looks past the needs of the business as you seek to FAR exceed the needs of the customer 110. I just called from the East Coast as I am here with the Navy and originally from the great PNW!!!! I have a dying AC unit here in Maryland that I am told can't be fixed. I needed a sniff test so I called the "best" coast and received verification by your company. Thank you is hardly enough to say as I needed an honest answer before I dropped considerable coin on a new machine. Thank you for looking out for the customer. If I ever end up moving back to the PNW and need a heating and AC unit.... you are first on my list. more

Great service. This furnace failure could have & normaly would have been solved by replacing the draft-motor & computer board, as the draft motor & the mother-board appeared to be faulty. (Over $1000 to replace both units.) However the tech discovered a faulty connector pin in a harness that was not allowing full electrical contact with the board. (this is the integrity part). So rather than procced swaping ouT the board & motor, he repositioned the pin, plugged the cable back on the mother board. AND MY FURNACE IS ALIVE AGAIN! This tech absoluty put my welfare in the matter as a first priority over the profit motive 2 installed new major components would have yielded his company. OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!! more

When we called for an estimate One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning made an appointment and came to the house on time. They worked around our schedule. It had to be a weekend time, and they were willing to oblige. We had created an addition in our house that needed heating and air, and they were very good about inspecting that. They were very professional. They showed us the good and bad parts of our existing heater, the bad part being the age, and told us our predicted life left for the heater. When they came to do the installation they came at the time they said they would. They took the old heater out and put the new one in right away, so we didn't go any length of time without heat. They also ran everything we needed for our addition. Our house is heated very well. The price was great, and the quality of product and service was awesome. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is real good, and real timely. I'm in the home improvement business, and have been for a long time, and everything was what I expected it should be from One Hour. I first heard about One Hour through my printing business: they're one of our accounts. I wanted to see why they were in business with us for so long, and so I got to know the owners.
