When we called for an estimate One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning made an appointment and came to the house on time. They worked around our schedule. It had to be a weekend time, and they were willing to oblige.
We had created an addition in our house that needed heating and air, and they were very good about inspecting that. They were very professional. They showed us the good and bad parts of our existing heater, the bad part being the age, and told us our predicted life left for the heater.
When they came to do the installation they came at the time they said they would. They took the old heater out and put the new one in right away, so we didn't go any length of time without heat. They also ran everything we needed for our addition.
Our house is heated very well. The price was great, and the quality of product and service was awesome. I would certainly give them an opportunity to gain your business.
