My husband just got cussed out by the CEO, Mr. Rothacker! We hired One-Hour to come out and do our spring and fall maintenance. In less than a year, we have paid them $1,883.60. In March of this year, we paid extra money to insure that our pan did not overflow, and I had a lengthy discussion with that tech about preventing water damage. The tech sold me on the pan treatment and installing a float switch to guard against the pan overflowing. Well, guess what, last week our pan overflowed; the straps were not in the right place and the pan buckled. The Senior Tech that came out this time said that the other techs should have caught the problem, but the CEO says that it is our problem. He thinks we are trying to get something for nothing. Now we are stuck with water damage to the ceiling in our kids? room, water that has ran down the middle of a wall and soaked the carpet in two rooms, and a $2000 insurance deductible.
