Very efficient service

One Call Emergenncy service 12/11/2012

WOW they say it alll in their name. One Call, plumbing saved me last Sunday. I had a main line water leak at my commercial building. The parking lot was completely flooded and water was running down the street. I made one call and got the owner, Glen, on the phone. It old him the situation, that I didn't even know where the main shut off was. Glen assured me that every thing would be fine and he would be right out. In 15 minutes Glen was at my door. Midnight Plumbing Issues Resolved 12/10/2012

My sister's plumbing backed up late at night, sometime after 11pm. We called several 24-hr service plumbers. Not one wanted to come out to our house. All those other plumbers that say 24-hr service are lying! We contacted Glen @ One Call Plumbing at about 12:30am-ish. He answered the phone himself instead of a dispatcher. He assured me he would have someone out within the hour. Within 40 minutes, a plumber was knocking on on our door. Even though it was late at night, he still had the presence of mind to put on a uniform. He was professional and pleasant and was not at all upset about being woken up to take care of us. He fixed our problem within 40 minutes or so. Awesome! We put One Call Plumbing on our ServiceCall list. We will always call One Call Plumbing for any need that arises in the future. Very fast response 11/29/2012

I had a blockage in the main sewer line that was causing both of my toilets to back up. A tech was sent to my home the same day and he was very courteous. He explained the problem to me in terms I understood (I have no understanding of plumbing). The service I received was excellent and I will be using this company again! more

Sewer main and show drain 11/16/2012

Team did a great job fixing my issues. We even had mixed gravel in the front and they replaced it free of charge to make the yard looked untouched. Two prior plumbing companies were involved and charged us for essentially nothing but excuses. This group went above and beyond to make sure we were happy (as you can be with this situation). more
