Excellent service 6/10/2013

Our beat-up 18-year-old toilet gave up the ghost when the tank cracked. We found One Call on the web and called. Within three hours of the first call a new toilet had been installed; they returned two days later to replace another beat up toilet so they matched. Service was courteous and prompt and we are pleased with the new toilets and the work that was done. The next time we need a plumber, we will go with One Call again. more

One Call Service Tech Justin 6/4/2013

Last week my downstairs AC unit started blowing warm air. With the impending triple digit temps I immediately e-mailed One Call. I was contacted by 7:30 am and advised Justin would be out between 8 and 10. He arrived after 9; diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me. I approved the service and he had it fixed very quickly. He also cleaned the filter and opened some vents to improve ventilation. I am very pleased with One Call and the service we have received from them. We had our entire air conditioning system 'rebuilt' when we purchased our home. The A/C units were torn apart and all copper stripped. One Call did all the work. I am extremely happy with them and would recommend to anybody!! more

Hot water tank replacement 5/18/2013

Very timely after initial emergency call was made tech arrived in time. Price was a bit steep but tech worked with me to lower the cost by saving $$ using existing flex piping. Work was efficient and the clean up was thorough! Very pleased we will now have hot water for the weekend! more
