My sister's plumbing backed up late at night, sometime after 11pm. We called several 24-hr service plumbers. Not one wanted to come out to our house. All those other plumbers that say 24-hr service are lying! We contacted Glen @ One Call Plumbing at about 12:30am-ish. He answered the phone himself instead of a dispatcher. He assured me he would have someone out within the hour. Within 40 minutes, a plumber was knocking on on our door. Even though it was late at night, he still had the presence of mind to put on a uniform. He was professional and pleasant and was not at all upset about being woken up to take care of us. He fixed our problem within 40 minutes or so. Awesome! We put One Call Plumbing on our ServiceCall list. We will always call One Call Plumbing for any need that arises in the future. This is how you acquire loyal customers! Thank you, One Call Plumbing
