The technician from One Call Plumbing Services was just very knowledgeable. He not only took care of servicing our air conditioner, but he also was very informative. I want to thank you and your crew for the good work that was done to replace the entire sewer line at my house. At first, I had reservations on how the re-piping job would proceed and turn out. Thanks for assigning your best men for this job. Consequently, everything went according to plan with the least amount of disruption to my family. Gary Hamman worked dilgently with my contractor to devise a thoughtful and thorough plan to re-route the new sewer line to the exterior of the house as much as possible. This plan helped to reduce the amount of excavation and disruption inside the house while we were living there. I also appreciate how Gary itemized the proposal so that I had a clear understanding of the scope of the work and of the various costs involved for each major task. I found our Foreman, Rick Yoachum, to be a wonderful Master plumber. He was also pleasant, polite and very accommodating to our needs throughout the project.
