Air temp kept rising 7/23/2012

We had issues with ac, chris snapped his fingers and everything was back to normal. Twice he has helped us when we were in distress. With his service comes friendliness and amazing sufficiency. I will ask for chris personally if another situation arises more

Bad circuit board 7/9/2012

Circuit board replaced. Chris came out in 110 degree heat to make sure i could have air today. One call is always there when i need them. I appreciate their help as always. Kris L more

We have had One Call repair our washer and water heater in the past. Our a/c unit went down last week and we could not be happier with the service & professionalism of all of the employees we have encountered regarding this repair. Jeff has been nothing short of the best. He rules!! Otis and Juan installed our new ac unit and could not have been nicer and more tolerant of the AZ heat. They are truly great. Jonathon and Chris started this job and we truly appreciate them as well. Your employees are seriously the best, we won't go anywhere else except One Call. Thank you for the best customer service, which is sooo rare these days. You guys are GREAT!!! more

Installation of new air conditioner 6/29/2012

They replaced a broken air conditioner during hot weather responding next day. The air conditioner wiring connections failed a month later due to high winds at 11:00pm. We called and they showed up at 2:00 am and fixed it. The speedy response was much appreciated as there is a 1yr old baby in the house and before the repair the house temp was in excess of 90 degrees. more
