Being a native Nashvillian growing up in the 60's , I very vividly remember my parents going to Omni Hut for their anniversary or with other couples and leaving us with my Grandmother for the night. I forgot about it for years....then I discovered it for myself and saw why. \r

Since that first visit... from dining with friends or a date (it's sweetly dark atmosphere is very romantic) I just can't get enough of the place. While a a family dinner there recently, Mom and Dad recalled that its truly authentic decor that is nothing short of stellar , ' hadn't changed a bit.' Now how cool is that !!! \r

From the Tahitian Treat to the Volcano (share dessert if you must , but just do it ) and don't forget their special rice in between , (you can get a baked potato anywhere)....it's all a super fun experience for the taste buds. Don't worry, there is no 'wrong choice' on the menu...have fun, order several entree's and everybody SHARE !!!! \r

The friendly and attentive staff is decked out in traditional Tiki threads to add to your oh so fun evening at Omni Hut . Don't forget to BYOB...my suggestion is bring Myers rum, your fave vodke and Malibu coconut rum...order their Hawaiian Tea ( free refills, oh boy!) and mix your own tropical cocktail. \r

When entertaining the boss and everyone from the office (they have party facilities for large parties) or impressing that hot date you've been working your nerve for 3 months to impress, or any occasion in between...Omni hut is the place. ...Oh yeah, don't forget how hip your gonna look, 'cause you found it first :)\r
