Hello,\r \r My assistant Diana talked me into ordering several vacuum cleaners and a Royall Carpet extractor to use for "campus turnnover". We expected to replace the carpeting in approximatly 7 units with up to 3 bedrooms each; you can just imagine how much this would have cost us to replace the carpet in these units. Diana used the Riccar Commercial vac and the Royall Carpet Extractor along with some "spot remover" and we were just BLOWN AWAY at how clean they got. They look brand new!!!\r We no longer have to replace any of the carpets, except the one with the iron imprint in it. \r We also purchased a steam cleaner for the wood floor and tile and that has worked above our expectations.\r As a result we have saved tons of money and reduced our labor costs significantly. more

Several weeks ago I purchased a Riccar vibrance commercial vacuum cleaner and a Royal Extractor in preperation of campus turnover. The first apartment I went into, Managment had expected to have the carpet replaced. To their amazment, when I was done, they were able to salvage the carpet. The purchase paid for it's self in one use. \r Even our maintenance department was pleased. But most important the Resident was happy!!!!\r My sales person Joe was very proffessional and even showed my staff how to use and care for the machines. We've bought new vacuums here and had repairs done, but we use them more often to buy bags. Their prices for bags are a little higher than some other places, but they always have them in stock. more
