I purchased my Radiance, in November 2008 and couldn't be happier with it's performance and the customer service I receive, when I visit either their east or west side location. \r
With three Bernese Mountain Dogs, my equipment needs to perform and that it does. Prior to '08, I would need to replace other brands of vacuums every year. Now the Riccar's suction takes care of my carpet needs as well as shedding issues resulting from Crimson, Clover and Charlie sharing my living space. \r
You couldn't meet a nicer group of people, either! They are friendly, sincere and as an authorized Riccar Retailer have the ability to provide an annual checkup, to ensure it is in top operating condition. How many Vacuum retailers do you know, who will invite your three dogs into their store? (They are lucky we don't live closer or our visits would be more frequent
