Several weeks ago I purchased a Riccar vibrance commercial vacuum cleaner and a Royal Extractor in preperation of campus turnover. The first apartment I went into, Managment had expected to have the carpet replaced. To their amazment, when I was done, they were able to salvage the carpet. The purchase paid for it's self in one use. \r
Even our maintenance department was pleased. But most important the Resident was happy!!!!\r
My sales person Joe was very proffessional and even showed my staff how to use and care for the machines. Every staff member has been very kind, helpful and courteous each time I have called or stopped at the store.\r
