Horrible customer service! 10/23/2011

My family and I usually go to the Henrietta location but for convenience we ended up in victor. It was a Thursday night. The hostess told us it would be a 30-40 minute wait to be seated. Which is understandable because we are a party of seven. An hour passes by and nothing. Everyone around us has been seated. When we questioned the hostess she snapped it would be another 20 minutes. Okay, I get that working in a restaurant may be stressful at times but if you are a hostess, can't you pretend to be a bit more apologetic and polite? My family and I vowed never to go to this location because of bad customer service three years ago, but we decided to give it another chance. Obviously there has been no change. This is a beautiful location but horrible customer service. Not worth it. We ended up walking out. more

Olive Garden's Disappointment 11/6/2010

As I go into the Olive Garden in Victor,NY my family and I were very happy about what we were going to eat. We waited 1 hour for our table. But when I went to the bathroom to go wash my hands, my day hit rock bottom from there. I waited 15 minutes for the hot water to come. At the same time as I waited I see the manager of this astate, Bobby Wynn. I ask him,"Why is the hot water coming so late?" He replies,"The heater is in the back of the building so it take time for the water to travel through the pipes." He then say,"This buliding is very cheap so the hot water takes time to go through the building pipes." I honestly say my fingers prune up very quickley so I need hot water when I was my hands when i'm anywhere. I then say,"When I go to work I always begin with washing my hands, and the minute I turn the knob I get hot water less than 2 seconds." He doesn't reply and he walks out the bathroom. I then go to my table. My son is prviewing the bill. He tells me,"Dad they charged us for more

"endless pasta" once you get it 9/9/2010

I think we all would agree that the food at Olive Garden is pretty good, but after 2 visits there during my lunch hour (which is not a firm "hour", can be longer) to sample the endless pasta bowl I just have to speak up. We were seated immediately, the place was not at all busy and heavily staffed. Our waiter greeted us promptly and we told him we were ready to order right then. We requested 3 orders of the endless pasta bowl, water to drink. 20 minutes later, no water, no salad, no pasta, just breadsticks. Now I know that there is endless water, that requires zero prep, and I am pretty sure the salad is constantly flowing...what's up with this. Finally we get the salads and water and then wait more. We then got our pasta dishes, after being there for at least 40 minutes. I would not find this to be a problem if it was very busy or had we placed special orders. The EXACT thing happened the prior week, same scenario. So, my question is: are they stalling us by making us sit fo more

Great Service! 10/3/2008

This place has great food and great service! It adds another fun place to eat to the selection by the mall. This is a nice place to eat for family or for a night out with friends! The staff is knowledgable and friendly! Can't say enough good about them! more
