My family and I usually go to the Henrietta location but for convenience we ended up in victor. It was a Thursday night. The hostess told us it would be a 30-40 minute wait to be seated. Which is understandable because we are a party of seven. An hour passes by and nothing. Everyone around us has been seated. When we questioned the hostess she snapped it would be another 20 minutes. Okay, I get that working in a restaurant may be stressful at times but if you are a hostess, can't you pretend to be a bit more apologetic and polite? My family and I vowed never to go to this location because of bad customer service three years ago, but we decided to give it another chance. Obviously there has been no change. This is a beautiful location but horrible customer service. Not worth it. We ended up walking out.
