As I go into the Olive Garden in Victor,NY my family and I were very happy about what we were going to eat. We waited 1 hour for our table. But when I went to the bathroom to go wash my hands, my day hit rock bottom from there. I waited 15 minutes for the hot water to come. At the same time as I waited I see the manager of this astate, Bobby Wynn. I ask him,"Why is the hot water coming so late?" He replies,"The heater is in the back of the building so it take time for the water to travel through the pipes." He then say,"This buliding is very cheap so the hot water takes time to go through the building pipes." I honestly say my fingers prune up very quickley so I need hot water when I was my hands when i'm anywhere. I then say,"When I go to work I always begin with washing my hands, and the minute I turn the knob I get hot water less than 2 seconds." He doesn't reply and he walks out the bathroom. I then go to my table. My son is prviewing the bill. He tells me,"Dad they charged us for
