As an Arizona Native I have heard about the Old Town Tortilla Factory for years, but had never made the journey over to the restaurant until last night.

OUTSTANDING 8/21/2002

My husband and I took a vacation to Scottsdale/Phoenix for the first time recently. We were told by many people to go to The Oldtown Tortilla Factory. We enjoyed the ambience and food so much that we ate there 3 times. What a delight. The people were so friendly and the food was outstanding. I just want to thank my friends Phil and Pauline for recommending the restaurant. IT WAS OUTSTANDING!! more

best atmosphere in town 8/17/2002

If you're tired of dining al fresco with a view of a parking lot,you need to try the Tortilla Factory.Their patio has tall trees,a great fire fountain, and nice lighting. I'm told that the restaurant is a renovated home from way-back-when. I've enjoyed all the different food I've had there over several visits, and compared to other restaurants in the area, don't find them overpriced, as some of the other reviewers. Overall, a great place to relax and dine outside. Pros: great outdoor dining, friendly staff, tasty margaritas more

Best of the Southwest 6/1/2002

I went to Old Town Tortilla Factory craving Mexican food and to my surprise it is a Southwestern restaurant. It was wonderful! We were able to sit outside even though it was 98 degrees outside because of the misting system that they have there. The food was so good and the Margaritas were fabulous--for a person that doesn't drink, I had three!!! We thought the service was probably the best we have had in a very long time-our dinner there was very enjoyable and I/We would definately recommend it to everyone. Pros: Service, Food, Ambiance more
