it seems that from excellet service you had at your former location it became an average service at this new location. is becuase too many customers, but no too much time?

I have been going to Dr. Zavala's for a couple of years now and so I love them. But my last appt. dissapointed me a little because I thought I would be paying a certain amount then found out it was tripled because of my insurance and I wasn't made aware of this before my services. I would have resceduled due to it being right before christmas and I really needed that money. more

The cleaning was thorough. But I would have preferred the dentist to have performed the cleaning rather than a hygienist. It is something that I am used to and have come to expect from dental clinics. more
