it seems that from excellet service you had at your former location it became an average service at this new location. is becuase too many customers, but no too much time?

Being timely is a huge asset in my book. As always I what I'm told is going to transpire..transires as told. Painless. I always highly recommended by dentist and the staff. more

nice place, high prices 8/21/2010

the place is nice, TV's in every room, massage chairs but it all translates to higher fees for everything. I don't need a TV or massaging chair, I just need to have my teeth examined and cleaned then go home. I can understand this may work for kids but does not do much for me. I think the fees are quite high and simply not affordable for most middle class people. If you have insurance they will go all out on you. I like the place but I will have to find a dentist that can simply perform the work needed without all the bells and whistles, this translates to lower service fees. more

I am not a big fan of going to the dentist, but Old Settlers Dental made my visit a VERY pleasant one! I required ALOT of dental work, but the dentist was reassuring that it would be pain free and a good experience...AND IT WAS!!! I will DEFINATELY be going back to Old Settlers Dental again for my dental needs. more

Excellent 8/18/2010

This last visit was for a cleaning and I had a new wire put in for my braces. The cleaning went very quickly, as did the placing of the new wire. Deanna and Hilda are two of the best people there. The staff is always there to greet me with a smile when I walk in. I wouldn't trade Old Settlers Dental for anything. more

Very professional and relaxing atmosphere! Watching t.v. while being worked on was a plus also. :) I absolutely love the staff as well. Overall very comfortable and inviting place. I definitely trust Dr. Lewcock to do what's best for the health of my teeth! more

Wonderful 8/10/2010

I called to sch an appt. I thought it would be 2wks out because I was a new patient. NO, they got me in the same day!!!! Un-heard of, right! Who ever they have answering the phones there...that young lady needs a raise. Unbelievable how friendly, helpful, kind and down to earth she was. She really made me fell comfortable great experience. If every business in America provided service like Old Settlers Dental dose we would not be in the position we are in now days. Doc. Lewcock was very kind he knows what hes doing and very kind...I love him! He is the best of the best not like the other snotty stuck up dentistin this area. I'm so happy I called and would encourage you to do the same you will not be disappointed! I promise! more

Routine cleaning and check up 8/4/2010

I like the fact that we can get appointment confirmations via email and have the opportunity to provide a review of the business via the web. Dr. Zavala is very personable and the office setting is high tech and very comfortable. Review of my past visits have been great as the numbing procedures for which the medication doesn't give me a headache afterwards and the dental procedures that Dr. Zavala performs is not intimidating. more

I love everything about Dr. Zavala's office. The staff members are professional and friendly. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with an elegant look. The exam area has all the current high tech equipment to include massage chairs. I don't particularly enjoy having to go to the dentist, but since finding Dr. Zavala I don't mind. more
