it seems that from excellet service you had at your former location it became an average service at this new location. is becuase too many customers, but no too much time?

Had been patient since 2008 was very happy but they scheduled one of my cleanings before it was due and insurance made me pay in full. more

The Patient 4/21/2011

I am 46 years old and I think Dr. Fred Lewcock was the most gentle and kind dentist I have ever been to! He actually takes time to explain exactly what he is doing, and he takes his time when he knows you are a little timid. In todays fast paced, in a hurry society that is saying ALOT! My hats off to you Doc! Don't let time harden you! more

Everyone knows that going to the dentist is not fun but if you have to go, Dr. Zavala is the nicest dentist I have ever been to, he makes you feel at ease.and like he truly cares about you as a person. more

The staff and physician alike were absolutely wonderful. I'm not a fan of the dentist office and I get alittle nervous while there, everyone from the front desk to the sitting in the dentist chair made me feel at ease. I did not feel any pain, the PAIN MEDS are great!! Thank you all for an outstanding job! more

the staff at OSDental is awesome! Nice AND competent! The dental hygienist, Lori G., is the best I've ever had! Dentist is nice, patient and explains everything in detail. Both my husband and I had appointments within the same week, we both loved it. Front office staff will tell you straight out how much your insurance will and will not cover certain procedures. Best of all they bill to secondary insurance, which most dental offices I've been to in the past were too lazy to deal with. more

I liked my visit, but I thought the overall price for the visit was too high. I notice that the hygenist charged $80 which I thought was great for the good workshe did, but the dentis charged $77 for two minute visit which I thought was out of proportion more

I was very impressed from the moment I walked into the office. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. Everyone was very concerned and did everything to ensure I was comfortable and in minimal pain. Dr. Zavala was great. In fact I have convinced my husband to make an appointment with this office. I highly recommend this office for any type of dentistry. more
