New to town and impressed 11/17/2011

I just recently moved to town from Scottsdale and was quite nervous about finding a new stylist and a new salon. A friend recommended Kelly and I couldn't be more pleased. She listened to my needs and I ended up with a fabulous cut and color. I highly recommend this salon and can s ay my search for a stylist is over, Kelly is it! more

100% Satisfaction As Always 11/6/2011

I was greeted immediately upon arrival and Kelly came to get me right away. She was excited that I was ready to take her advice to go darker with my color. She knew what color would be best for me and I was not disappointed! She always does a great job, and that's why I have been coming to her for 3 years running. more

O'Hair Experience 10/30/2011

My last experience at O'Hair was as all of my previous ones....Excellent. I can not say enough good things about O'Hair and the staff! I have recommended it many times to friends and have gotten a lot of great compliments! To the massage wash chairs to the personal care, I say "thanks"! more

I extend hearty applause and kudos to the entire O'Hair Frederick Team!I've been everywhere in Washington,D.C., Montgomery & Frederick County as well as with a highly-touted Beverly Hills stylist over the past 35+ years but you all have made me look better than they attempted and better then I could have hoped for! Plus, the entire experience of getting me to that "exceeding my expectations" moment is fun and quality driven! Love the architecture, furnishings, layout and tv's -- especially because the sound is off and the subtitles are on!! Thank you and love you all! more

I had to come back 10/27/2011

Moved to Rockville and tried a new salon because of the travel time, but I had to come back to O'Hair and Kelli. It is a very calm and relaxing environment that it's worth the drive! more

Worth every penny and more! 10/22/2011

O'Hair salon is by far and away the best salon experience I have ever had. From the moment I stepped in the door to the moment I left the staff showed nothing more than utmost professionalism and atention to detail. The facility is nothing short of amazing as it showcases a perfect blend of history, eclecticism and modernity. Kelly and Lisa were wonderful as they worked their magic on my hair. The consultation and cut/color services Kelly provided were simply amazing. Not only did she explain what would work for me, she took the time to explain the ins and outs of hair care. Lisa worked her magic in the shampoo chair and provided an amazing head massage. Needless to say I have found my forever salon and look forward to many happy returns! more

O'Kelli Salon! 10/10/2011

I have enjoyed my experience at O'Hair and my stylist Kelli! Very relaxing atmosphere with attention to all the little details. I still find it odd not to tip but appreciate the service fees being very reasonable and not having to worry about the added expense. Everyone is very friendly and customer service oriented. I receive many compliments on my hair and always let people know where I go! Thanks! Carol more

O'Hair in Frederick understands what makes every visit to their salon pleasant and enjoyable. My stylist gives me her full attention while I am there. She appreciates my feedback and always seems to have a good solution for my hair "issues". The entire staff focuses on the customers. The best part is no tipping! At other salons, I never know who I should tip and how much. I have tried many of their hair care products and like them. The salon is very attractive; however, the TV screens seem out of place. Every station has one with the video on but audio off. Does anyone watch them? It is distracting. more

Amazing experience. 9/25/2011

Never have a had a better experience. Tori, my stylist, took time with me to find out what I wanted-worked with me-with suggestions and tips on what style and color would be best, and then created a wonderful style and hair design. I abslolutely love my hair, and the salon. Its rare to have someone who truly cares to listen. What an amazing experience. I made 2 more appointments before I left. more

Great Salon 9/19/2011

I've been going to Roxanne at O'Hair for 5 years now, I followed her from the Gaithersburg location to Frederick. The salon is in a great location in downtown Frederick. It's an old house converted into a salon and they did a great job with the layout and design inside. The staff are wonderful and the hair stylist are top notch. If you are looking for someone who knows how to color and highlight this is the place to go. I recommend to all of my friends. more

Perfect Place to go if you have all day to waste 12/17/2010

I would not recommend going there unless you have a lot of time to waste. more
