I have enjoyed my experience at O'Hair and my stylist Kelli! Very relaxing atmosphere with attention to all the little details. I still find it odd not to tip but appreciate the service fees being very reasonable and not having to worry about the added expense. Everyone is very friendly and customer service oriented. I receive many compliments on my hair and always let people know where I go! Thanks! Carol
