O'Hair in Frederick understands what makes every visit to their salon pleasant and enjoyable. My stylist gives me her full attention while I am there. She appreciates my feedback and always seems to have a good solution for my hair "issues". The entire staff focuses on the customers. The best part is no tipping! At other salons, I never know who I should tip and how much. I have tried many of their hair care products and like them. The salon is very attractive; however, the TV screens seem out of place. Every station has one with the video on but audio off. Does anyone watch them? It is distracting.
