Dealing with this company has been a horrible and stressful experience, and they STILL have not delivered my belongings. \r
\r
We had a scheduled date of pickup of 3/20 because we were flying in from out of state to load my storage. The movers called right before my pickup time and wanted to change to later in the week. We had to tell them it was not an option. They agreed to keep the original scheduled time. On the pickup day they were 2.5hrs late and had to unload 1/2 of their truck to make room for my belongings. We finally had to leave them at the storage place and let them load because it was taking so long. They charged us 3 times the cost I was originally quoted for 2 rooms of items.\r
\r
On 3/28, I was called by one of their staff, she stated the shipment was loaded and ready to leave. That it would be approximately 7-10 days to the destination, but she could not give a date. Also, that the driver would be calling periodically with updates throughout his trip. I was very ok with this at the time.\r
\r
A few days had went by and I had not heard from the driver and called Oasis. I was told the driver was delayed in Colorado due to a snow storm. Still no call from the driver as promised, but I was understanding. I mentioned to the caller my division had a 6 ton per axle sign and asked what type of vehicle they would have. She said they could offer a shuttle service for an extra $300 and that the driver would call to confirm how large the truck was. \r
\r
5 days passed, no call from the driver. Called Oasis again, was told the driver had to leave the shipment in Colorado due to a death in the family. No ETA for delivery or a new driver. \r
\r
Recieved another call from Oasis on 3/8 that shipment was enroute no ETA. Asked again about the truck type, Lena could not answer and said and the driver would call later that day. Another false promise, the driver never called.\r
\r
On 3/9, still no updates from the office or driver. We called customer service and spoke to Fabarge, she said the driver was in Missouri, she would personally have the driver call and we would get a $35 a day discount for every day the truck was late. The driver never called.\r
\r
3/13, Lena called again with the generic ""truck is enroute, no exact date they would give 24hr notice"" statement. I lost it. I contacted customer service, Faberge. After overhearing a some back-and-forth conversation between the dispatch and Fabarge, they stated the driver was now in Oklahoma. Here's a tip for customer service 101, never have coaching conversations while the customer is on the line, its called the HOLD button.\r
\r
On 3/13 in the evening, the driver finally left message. Said they would be 3-5 days. I immediately called him back, got his voicemail, I asked about the truck size and ETA as I would need to make arrangements at work. He never called back.\r
\r
3/19, received a call from the driver at 8PM stating they were going to delivery the following morning at 9AM. That we would need cash or a money order only. Not only was this only 13hrs notice, they have a 18 wheeler. Had we known this a month ago, we would have planned for the shuttle. Driver stated he called both numbers on file earlier in the day which is a flat out lie. We have both checked our call logs and voicemails, never anything from the driver. \r
\r
I left a message once again for Oasis to call back. Still waiting....\r
\r
If the story about the death in the family is true, my respects. However, with the inconsistencies in stories and false promises of various employees in this company, I find it hard to truly believe any of their statements. Worst customer service and experience. I will NEVER use nor recommend this company to anyone.\r
\r
Note, this review process is telling me rating is required which is why 1 star was chosen otherwise I would not choose any.\r
