First off, I don't believe the aforementioned positive reviews (ie. Oaks Commercials) are real at all. I'd be willing to bet my remaining pet that these were put up by the staff themselves. This is a completely unethical practice with a rodent infestation and is not associated with the American Animal Hospital Association due to its non-compliance with its high quality standards, hygiene, cleanliness, and ethics. My healthy cat died under anesthesia due to incompetence and negligence and I was still charged for the visit - simply went home in tears, missing a good chunk of my paycheck and my entire cat. You're better off taking your pet to Michael Vick's house. At least when it dies, you won't be stuck with a $900 bill.
