I've been taking animals to Oaks for about 12 years. For years I've been feeling like a bad "mommy" to my animals as I don't always buy every little thing they want me to get. I just left there today with another $420 out of my pocket. I've never had issues with poor attitudes or treatment, and the vets ARE good, but they definitely push the bottom line...$$$$. I've got another vet that I am taking our newest puppy to, and she will be getting all of my business from now on.
