Even though they were a little late, due to earlier delays, they called me to make sure it would be okay or if I would rather reschedule. I stuck with my appointment because I wanted to get it over with. The guy who came to clean my carpets and couches were super friendly and nice enough to explain everything to me. I was happy that the price did not dramatically increase. Overall EXCELLENT service! more

We had another company come to clean our carpets, they butchered the job so bad which only left us we the option to hire another carpet cleaning business to rectify the situation. We were already in a bad mood since we had already lost money to the previous company for a job poorly and unsatisfactory executed. In retrospective we feel kind of bad for the treatment we showed towards Oakland Carpet Cleaning, we literally had these guys jump through hoops for us. But all is well that ends well, which was the case. The people from Oakland Carpet Cleaning stayed professional and continued to be friendly no matter what. We are so grateful that words cannot express our gratitude towards them. This is the reason why we decided to write a review and to praise them. I found Oakland Carpet Cleaner?s contact info on Google. I liked the fact that their cleaning products were non-harsh, non-toxic and environmental friendly cleaning supplies, hence I hired them to do my carpets. I also needed my sofas, chairs and rugs cleaned and obviously this was going to be an extensive job. The girl on the phone scheduled me for the next day, and immediately liked how professional and knowledgeable she sounded. The technician cleaned everything very time efficient manner and very thoroughly. He pretreated the spots and than treated the whole carpet and steam cleaned it. I will definitely use them again. more

I would recommend Oakland Carpet Cleaners to anyone, who needs professional, eco-friendly carpet cleaning service. I have kids and dogs, and that?s the reason why I was very particular about the safety of their cleaning solutions. When I was scheduling my carpet cleaning appointment I needed to have it done either the same day or next day. The technicians who came to my house were very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my safety-related questions. A great plus of the solutions they used was the short drying time. My carpets were practically dry in an hour and a half. Altogether, excellent experience!!! Is it just me or have most business? forgotten what customer service means?! I have a 2-levels house with lots of carpets and tiles. After calling around all-day and getting rather frustrated with the level of customer service I?ve received I was about to give up. Still, my husband had us call one more place; Oakland Carpet Cleaners, right away we?d noticed a huge difference. The operator was not only extremely friendly but more so we didn?t feel pressured and/or that he was trying to hard-sale us. We?ve received great carpet cleaning, competitive pricing, fast and professional service, and best of all excellent customer service. Two thumbs up!!! more
