Is it just me or have most business’ forgotten what customer service means?! I have a 2-levels house with lots of carpets and tiles. After calling around all-day and getting rather frustrated with the level of customer service I’ve received I was about to give up. Still, my husband had us call one more place; Oakland Carpet Cleaners, right away we’d noticed a huge difference. The operator was not only extremely friendly but more so we didn’t feel pressured and/or that he was trying to hard-sale us. We’ve received great carpet cleaning, competitive pricing, fast and professional service, and best of all excellent customer service. Two thumbs up!!!
