I had the luck of getting my 2 week old Porsche Boxster smashed by an incompetent paperboy at 4am while it was sitting in my driveway ( yes he pulled into my driveway ). I brought the car to NuLook as I was told they would do a great job. HAH.
The car was gone for 2 and a half weeks. I get it back and lets see... the passenger side door panel was not attached at the bottom, the speaker on that side; Blown, the rear automatic spoiler no longer worked, the paint on both bumpers bubbled, the front bumper was DRILLED into! yes they drilled 2 holes into a Porsche front bumper for absolutely no reason, I had paid extra to get ALL dents removed and of coarse I found over 10 dents still present.
Ok, I bring the car back. Another week later I find that there are STILL dents, the spoiler STILL doesn't work, the door panel STILL isnt attached, the speaker now doesn't even turn on! The ONLY thing they did was put on a new front bumper to redeem for the 2 holes they put in the old one, but the paint on it is yes, bubbled. When I asked the gentleman about why the spoiler was not working the second time trying to fix it, he said that "" he thought it was supposed to only come up 2 inches "" I'm sorry but to work on a car you should have general knowledge about the vehicle.
I bring it in AGAIN out of my own stupidity. The car was to be done on Thursday, then they said Friday, after I called 10 min before they closed on Friday, they said "" oh monday it will be done"" Today is monday, and now it is going to have to wait untill Wednesday.
No, I'm not doing stand up, but yes this is a complete Joke. Living in Rochester NY we all know that summer is hard to come by particularly in 2009. Now the total job has added up to around 4 and a half weeks of labor. Sure enough to say that I'm fed up and want my car back because it is August 31st. Not much time to drive the car even left!.
So my expierience with NuLook collision is horrendous to say the least.
Pros: Absolutely Nothing
Cons: Too Many To List
