Review content:
Our insurance carrier recommended Nu-Look so we decided to give them a shot after an accident with a deer. The first time we picked our car up after the ""repairs,"" it was filthy, they put our damaged dirty tire in our trunk - which we paid a disposal fee for - getting grease all over the carpet in the trunk, the work wasn't complete, there were buff marks under the new paint, and somehow, they managed to put scratches and dents in other areas of the car that hadn't been affected by the accident with the deer.
So, in good faith, we gave them another chance to fix the work. Apparently they hire people right out of tech school to save money on their overhead costs, and needless to say, the car's body work didn't improve much the second time it came back. They also missed our bent wheel, which caused some serious damage as well until another shop discovered it. The idiots plugged things back in wrong so our window didn't work right until someone else took the door apart. Nu-Look actually told us it was a ""programming issue"" and we had to take it back to the dealership to get fixed. Seriously - your techs can't tell the difference between speaker and door wires?
Bottom line, don't use Nu-Look unless you want your car to look worse than when you bring it in for repairs. To this date, EVERYTHING that Nu-Look touched has to be re-done by another shop that clearly knows what they're doing.
