I recently purchased an Acer laptop computer from NSO Technologies. The service I received and quality of the laptop was the best I could have hoped for. I highly recommend NSO, especially over the large chain electronic stores. Personal service is their strong suit. My computer was programmed so that I was able to do little more than turn it on-it was up and running in no time. Cost was also very affordable and competitive. If you enjoy doing business with dishonest and unprofessional people, please do go to NSO Computer Technology they are great at it.\r \r Think about it these people may have access to your private or business documents, bank accounts, brokerage accounts credit card info and much more. Wow that’s scary especially what I know now about NSO and there staff.\r \r I believe that after what I went through there testimonials, positive reviews are all false and were most likely posted by the staff themselves. The folks at NSO got me out of a couple of jams in the past. My work laptop crashed right before a presentation (you know how that goes). I paid for the rush service and they fixed it on time. It actually ran better than it did when I first got it. My kids got the home computer all filled with viruses and these guys got it fixed up great. I recently transplanted the innards of my computer into a new case because I needed more space for a new hard drive. After purchasing a case elsewhere and installing the components said case, it would not start. I was incredibly upset because I used many precautions during the install time. I took it to them the next day and they did a diagnostics test for me for free. No more than 20 minutes after leaving the shop they called me and let me know that it was just a faulty power supply unit. They offered to fix it for a very reasonable cost but didn't have the parts on-hand. I declined but was very happy that they let me know what was wrong for free. As opposed to next door (Best Buy) where the test alone would have cost me at least $100 just to tell me I needed a new power supply unit! I highly recommend them to anyone who has computer problems or needs a nicely priced, refurbished computer. Pros: Free diagnostic test and speed of service more

I have done business with NSO since 2006. I have purchased new machines and traded in old ones and never had any issue with this company. \r They are one of the few places in the area that does free diagnostics which saved my a$$ economically opposed to spending 130 bucks with those jokers at Best Buy to tell me it dont work. Good luck on getting your cash back for the obvious. I have had a delay with them here or there and I think it could be just too much work at times on getting new machines built or who knows. \r I did find the previous comments funny as everything they descibed sounds 100% against how they work. They only have in my past experiences cheap machines ready to sell. New machines are built and showed up in 2 weeks like they promised and even upgraded me to a larger drive in 1 case. They claimed the smaller drive was out of stock. I looked at it as I got a little more.\r Dell, gateway and compaqs are a little cheaper but if you need a part from them, your dead in the water.\r I have not had bad luck with them and the 10 machines i needed all work still Pros: Next to bestbuy to comparison shop more

DO NOT GO TO NSO. This company is lazy and fraudulent. Their service is terrible... my brother traded in 3 computers and they determined that the overall value was worth a thousand dollars, so they gave him a computer supposedly valued that amount. The new (used) computer my brother received was in need of several repairs. He sent it back to them in order to have it repaired and they gave him the run around for two months finally concluding that they would have to send him another computer all together. After constant vigilance and questioning on my brother?s part they manage to fake an attempt to ship the new computer by filling out a form with DHL (a parcels delivery service) and scheduling a pick up. When DHL arrives to the NSO store, the NSO owner max has them scan the package but then tells them not to take it (this is in no way DHL?s fault--they are an excellent company). DHL attests to this and finds it very unusual. He is fighting for more clarification and will definitely take legal action. The bottom line is that my brother was taken advantage of by a ridiculous, fraudulent business. If you are looking for reliability or any sense of fairness, look elsewhere.
