Review content:
I recently transplanted the innards of my computer into a new case because I needed more space for a new hard drive. After purchasing a case elsewhere and installing the components said case, it would not start. I was incredibly upset because I used many precautions during the install time. I took it to them the next day and they did a diagnostics test for me for free. No more than 20 minutes after leaving the shop they called me and let me know that it was just a faulty power supply unit. They offered to fix it for a very reasonable cost but didn't have the parts on-hand. I declined but was very happy that they let me know what was wrong for free. As opposed to next door (Best Buy) where the test alone would have cost me at least $100 just to tell me I needed a new power supply unit! I highly recommend them to anyone who has computer problems or needs a nicely priced, refurbished computer.
Pros: Free diagnostic test and speed of service
