Review content:
The folks at NSO got me out of a couple of jams in the past. My work laptop crashed right before a presentation (you know how that goes). I paid for the rush service and they fixed it on time. It actually ran better than it did when I first got it.
My kids got the home computer all filled with viruses and these guys got it fixed up great. We didn't lose any of our pictures and the computer works great.
Pros: Very knowledgeable
Cons: Sometimes take a while to return calls
