We have been doing business with NovaCopy for several years and have always been provided with the best solution to fit our needs. This will be our third copier purchased from NovaCopy. Our salesman - John Mitchell is a pleasure to work with. He contacts me at least once a quarter to see how things are and if there are any problems or concerns. Should it be necessary to call him with a question, it is answered immediately and any issues are immediately handled. The service team and technical support at NovaCopy are very professional, friendly, courteous and quick to respond. We have just purchased a Minolta copier which was delivered and installed yesterday. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. Training was quick but thorough. We look forward to our continuing relationship with NovaCopy. more

The Most Painless Buying Experience I've Ever Had! 12/20/2011

We were in the market for a new copier and I got elected to do the research. Yeah, lucky me. Anyway, I was told to try Minolta, since that is the brand of the copier we have that is dying a slow and painful death. Anyway, as luck would have it, I googled Minolta, Duncanville TX and up popped NovaCopy. I made a phone call and within seconds was hooked up with Stephen Huff. He asked me a few questions, put together two options and came and delivered them to me the next business day. He was VERY helpful and answered all my silly questions, we picked a copier, and PRESTO! it's being delivered tomorrow!!! Best in the Dallas Area! 12/14/2011

Our religious organization was in search of a color copier and we had a limited budget to work with. I collected quotes from several vendors but none compared to Novacopy. Not only was their machine cheaper than others, but their service agreement was so low the competition couldn't touch it. Mr. John Mitchell, the sales rep, was friendly, helpful and really listened to our needs and concerns. He gave us a great deal on additional options that will really speed up and enhance our reports. We have leased several copiers through NovaCopy and have had great success with each one. The service technicians are very easy to deal with and the sales people are very accommodating.
