Nova Copy has been giving us great service for the five years we have been with them. Everyone we have dealt with have always been courteous and sensitive to our needs. 11 years of exceptional service!!!! 11/10/2011

We've been doing business with Novacopy since August of 2000. At that time we had a 20 year old boat anchor of a machine but they kept it running for us with no problems. We've grown a lot since then, John Mitchell and Hernon Cortez have been there to make sure we had the right solution and equipment for our needs every step of the way. We have been relying on the staff at NovaCopy for 4 years now. Absolutely THE best 'Document Solutions Specialists' in the metroplex! That means that when you have a problem with your printer/scanner/fax machine (a.k.a. 'bizhub') the incredibly talented folks at NovaCopy are in your office within a few hours. Their guys are the nicest, most professional and knowledgeable technicians out there. Need help but just want to make a phone call to them? They are super helpful on the phone as well.
