We have been doing business with NovaCopy for several years and have always been provided with the best solution to fit our needs. This will be our third copier purchased from NovaCopy. Our salesman - John Mitchell is a pleasure to work with. He contacts me at least once a quarter to see how things are and if there are any problems or concerns. Should it be necessary to call him with a question, it is answered immediately and any issues are immediately handled. The service team and technical support at NovaCopy are very professional, friendly, courteous and quick to respond. We have just purchased a Minolta copier which was delivered and installed yesterday. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. Training was quick but thorough. We look forward to our continuing relationship with NovaCopy.
