North Freeway Hyundai 12/9/2010

bought two cars from North Freeway Hyundai the same day! bought extended warranties for both cars. was told I was getting a Hyundai extended warranty to cover all the electronic components for the Veracruz Limited and the Tiburon. needless to say a year and half later and numerous trips to another Hyundai service dept I don't have a Hyundai extended warranty! GPS radio screen is out and not covered, to repair $3000! after I called North Freeway regarding the extended warranty all I got was sorry nothing we can do! be very aware of what extended warranty you are purchasing! cost of extended warranty purchased $1095 for power train! which power train warranty on a Hyundai is 10 years 100,000 miles. more

Great Internet Experience 12/12/2009

This is the first review I have ever written. I decided to do it because of my recent car buying experience. I used the Internet to do my research before I went in to buy my Sonata. I looked at the websites of all the Hyundai dealers in Houston and North Freeways was the only one that provided substantial details. North Freeway Hyundais website shows every single option on every car they have in inventory, it shows the MSRP, the rebates and their discounted internet price! All this without even talking to a salesman! It turns out they were as easy to do business with in person as online! I strongly recommend North Freeway Hyundai and the Sonata. more

Lousy warranty service 9/9/2009

The service department will think of every excuse NOT to do warranty work. They either claim they are too busy or the parts are back-ordered. The lady that does the service writing is incompetent. The service manager is rude and could care less if they inconvenience you or not. Do yourself a favor and drive by this dealership! Beware! more

No pressure! 8/11/2005

I did all my research on line and went to the dealer ready to deal. They were not high pressure and they didn't think that they could pull one over on my because I am a woman. It was a pleasure to deal with them and they have done everything they told me they would do. The service department is great too, they really do treat customers with respect. more
