I needed to have my hot water heater flushed and took advantage of Northside's plumbing inspection that came with the package special. Jason arrived on time. He was personable. He was clear and articulate as he thoroughly checked everything and explained my options. As a result of the inspection, I could see that I also needed work on one of the bathroom toilets. The work was completed as we agreed - and then some. He made a quick faucet adjustment at no charge - that only took a couple of minutes, but stopped a small, but irritating leak in one of the bathroom sinks. He also tightened the kitchen faucet so it didn't wobble. This is an example of the nice little extras that make it a pleasure to do business with Northside.
