Northside Lighting & Fan

A lot of people who wrote all these good reviews about them must be the owners and their family because this is totally they are totally the opposite of awesome - absolutely terrible. The owner is an a-hole, who said tough luck to me when I asked for a refund of lighting connectors that were ordered but ended up being the wrong size. Working with Linda the salesperson was an absolute disaster. She later tells me she has no idea about electrical stuff, she is not an electrician, and thats just what we need - people who don't know about electrical connection working as a salesperson at lighting and fan fixture store. Long story short, I am stuck with $400 worth of electrical equipment because the salesperson didn't know what she was doing and the owner will not take resposibility for it. Good luck and not sure where all the great reviews are coming from. Must be the owners themselves - who only care about profits and not customers. more

I have nothing but good things to say about Northside Lighting. The staff were all very knowledgable about the products which was very helpful and made my visit hassle-free. Not to mention the fixtures were amazing and very affordable. I would reccomend Northside Lighting to anyone and I will definitely be going back. \r more

As I walked into Northside Lighting, I felt as if I had walked into a dream with all the beautiful lights and breath-taking chandeliers! Not only do they have the best lighting fixtures, they have fans and other great decorations as well. Definitely recommend! more

I’ve noticed a on a few search engines a comment that someone wrote about Northside Lighting and I had a similar experience and wanted to share my story. I ordered a chandelier in the store and had it delivered to my home. When it arrived there was a piece broken and honestly I wasn’t surprised, I had a very fragile glass package shipped. When I called the store the staff member I talked to was extremely apologetic and had it replaced in a very timely manner. I’m not sure who I talked to but they handled the entire situation very professionally and I even got a call from the owner later that day, again apologizing for the chandelier having a broken piece. I really wasn’t that upset about it. Stuff like that happens all the time. It’s not like they personally delivered it knowing that it was broken. Overall my whole experience with Northside Lighting was pretty normal. I’ll keep shopping there because it’s close and has good priced merchandise. And frankly I really liked the way they handled the whole situation. more

I really liked northside lighting. The stock was amazing with certain items i've never even seen before! I highly recommend this store!!! more
