A lot of people who wrote all these good reviews about them must be the owners and their family because this is totally they are totally the opposite of awesome - absolutely terrible. The owner is an a-hole, who said tough luck to me when I asked for a refund of lighting connectors that were ordered but ended up being the wrong size. Working with Linda the salesperson was an absolute disaster. She later tells me she has no idea about electrical stuff, she is not an electrician, and thats just what we need - people who don't know about electrical connection working as a salesperson at lighting and fan fixture store. Long story short, I am stuck with $400 worth of electrical equipment because the salesperson didn't know what she was doing and the owner will not take resposibility for it. Good luck and not sure where all the great reviews are coming from. Must be the owners themselves - who only care about profits and not customers.
