"Elizabeth" provided BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! After sitting in their waiting room for 3 hours, i asked how much longer my wait would be and was given a scripted response which ultimately ended with her stating "we told you up front 4-6 hours". I disagreed and told her no, I was told it would be three hours. She made a smart remark and walked away without providing anymore info. She then proceeded to rudely interject herself into a discussion i was having with another staff member. After asking her not to speak with me due t our previous encounter she became upset and began attempting to pick a fight with me. She continuously interrupted the young lady i was speaking with and would not let her speak. I continuously expressed how unprofessional she was being by speaking to me in the manner that she did and she became even more antagonistic. It took several attempts for other staff members to get her to stop before i decided to walk out. more

I understand this is going to be a hard expirence for anyone but I was treated like complete trash. My husband and I spent over 6 hours waiting. At one point I was left in the room mostly naked and freezing for over an hour. They took all my belongings and left me in a room when I walked out of the room to ask if I was forgotten about I was scolded by a nurse and told to just wait. They pride themselves on being pain free and that is a bunch of crap. It was by far one of the most painful expirences I was crying in pain and given ibproben for it. They called the next day to see l how I was doing and when I told them I was in pain they blamed it on me for nothing taking it easy enough. Please If you ever have to have an abortion done go anywhere but here. I read some reviews after making the appointment and I should have trusted what I read. I will never step foot in this place again. more
